Chicken breast in delicate sauce

Chicken breast in a delicate sauce is an exquisite dish of French cuisine, where the softness of white meat combines with refined flavors. It is prepared using coconut cream, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise, giving the sauce a velvety texture and a hint of spiciness. Sautéed in a mix of olive and butter, the breast absorbs the aroma of thyme, while simmering in the sauce makes it incredibly juicy. Sweet cherry tomatoes and light notes of chili pepper add extra brightness to the flavor. This dish is perfect for a romantic dinner or an elegant family gathering. Green Pea Soup with Marinated Tofu

Do you still think that tofu is window putty? Maybe it is useful, but absolutely tasteless? You just don't know how to handle it! In this recipe, Vlad Suchkov acts as an advocate of soy cheese: he does not try to portray it as either fish or meat, but treats it as a full-fledged product. If you keep tofu (not for long!) in an elementary marinade of soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar, it will taste like an amazing thing, reminiscent of either a bamboo shoot or lemon marmalade, and will fit very well into the soup of young peas. And the soup itself, where an Asian accent is added by means of lemongrass, does not need advocates: such green soups are a real consolation for us in the slushy off-season. Vlad Suchkov shared this recipe with us, Chef of Blush gastrobar.

This drink embodies the magic of the sea depths thanks to Blue Curacao liqueur, giving it a rich blue hue. The balance of sweetness from pineapple and lemon juice with coconut cream creates a smooth, velvety taste, while hints of rum and vodka add pleasant strength. Ginger beer brings a light spiciness, and fresh fruits—pineapple, oranges, and cherries—make the cocktail even more lively and aromatic. It is best served in a wide transparent glass filled with ice to create the effect of a miniature 'aquarium.' An ideal choice for parties and summer gatherings, it brings the feeling of relaxation by the azure coast.
