Khorats panir (Armenian pot cheese) is an Armenian aged cheese of sheep's or cow's milk packed into a clay pot or wineskin with spices and herbs (thyme, savory, mint) and matured for several months without air, dense, crumbly, sharp, salty, with a piquant spiced-herbal taste and a strong aroma. It is crumbled with wine and vodka, into salads, fillings for khachapuri and flatbreads and served with herbs and lavash.

The recipe was shared by the brand chef of the Gayane's restaurant Gayane Breiova.
