Coconut chips are thin wide slices of coconut flesh dried or toasted until golden and crisp, light cream with browned edges, brittle, with a rich sweetish-nutty coconut taste (they come unsweetened, sweetened, salted, with caramel or spices). They are eaten as a snack, added to granola, muesli, smoothie bowls, yoghurt and baking and used as a crunchy topping for desserts.

Rice porridge is great at steaming and becoming something like a dessert, especially when you add very sweet mango and coconut, which gives the dish a creamy taste. Please note: the porridge contains both sugar and mango puree. But, let us repeat, mango puree can be so sweet that you can avoid an additional encounter with sugar.

Zucchini and sweet potato pancakes combine the tenderness of zucchini with the sweet notes of sweet potato, creating a harmony of flavors. This recipe comes from European cuisine, where simplicity and elegance are valued in every dish. The pancakes are airy thanks to coconut flour, while nutmeg and garlic give them a special aroma. They are perfect for breakfast or a light dinner. Serving with coconut chips and sweet chili sauce makes the dish not only tasty but also elegant. These pancakes can be used as a side dish for meat or fish or enjoyed on their own. They pair wonderfully with creamy yogurt or sauce, adding extra depth of flavor.

Flax seeds help the porridge become more viscous, so try not to neglect them. Blueberries can be easily replaced with any other berry.
