Cashew urbech is a Dagestani paste of raw or lightly roasted cashews ground on stone mills, thick, smooth, oily, light beige, with a mild sweetish-creamy taste almost without bitterness and a natural separation into oil. It is eaten on bread with honey and butter, stirred with warm milk into a drink, added to porridge, smoothies, desserts, sauces and energy bars.
