Blackberry liqueur is a sweet dark purple liqueur of blackberries infused in spirit with sugar, with a rich berry aroma, a mild tang and a light astringency. It is drunk chilled as a digestif and in cocktails (Bramble, Kir, spritz), poured over ice cream and desserts, put into creams, sauces for game, sponge soaking syrups and glazes.

An alternative to the Cosmopolitan, invented in 1984 by bartender Dick Bradsell of London's Fred's Club.

Berry and blackberry flan tarts are a delicate dessert embodying the spirit of European pastry tradition. The cinnamon-infused linzer crust adds fragility and a subtle spicy aroma. Almond cream enriches the texture, while the blackberry flan with liqueur creates a deep, rich berry flavor with light hints of tartness. After baking, the tarts are adorned with fresh berries that add juiciness and freshness. This dessert not only pleases the eye but also serves as a perfect conclusion to an elegant dinner.

This dessert, inspired by the richness of Russian cuisine, combines the rich flavor of black currants with the delicate creamy texture of vanilla mousse. Currants, traditionally used in Russian pies and jams, give the dessert a light tartness that beautifully contrasts with the sweetness of the biscuit. Blueberries add fresh berry notes, while chocolate provides an exquisite finish. The layered structure makes the dessert harmonious: an airy biscuit soaked in currant syrup hides a vibrant confit and delicate mousse inside, creating an unforgettable tasting experience. The frozen presentation reveals depth of flavor, making it particularly refreshing. This dessert is perfect for concluding a festive dinner or a cozy tea time, reminiscent of summer gardens filled with the aroma of ripe berries.
