Take a young zucchini and slice it into three millimeter thick slices.
- Baby courgettes: 1 piece

Cut the center of the watermelon into sticks (according to the number of slices) slightly longer than the width of the zucchini slice, 1x1 cm thick.
- Watermelon: 100 g

Cut the feta like a watermelon, but a little shorter.
- Fetaksa (soft brined cheese): 100 g

Dip the zucchini slices in boiling water for 1 minute.
- Baby courgettes: 1 piece
