A recipe for those who are absolutely not satisfied with the vinegar taste in home marinades. Although vinegar plays an important role as a preservative in any preparations, you can do without it by replacing it with lemon juice. It will not be as piercing , but the sour-sweet-spicy balance of lemon, onion and sugar will give an excellent one.
