Fill a tall glass with ice. The ice should be kept in the freezer for at least a day.
- Ice: 6 pieces

Pour caramel syrup over the ice; it’s easy to make yourself or buy in a store, you can use maple. The syrup will sink to the bottom, forming the first layer.
- Maple syrup: 30 ml

Then pour in the freshly squeezed orange juice, the juice will not mix with the syrup — the second layer.

Pour coffee on top, trying to gently pour it over the ice cube - the third layer.
