Wasabi sesame seasoning (furikake-style) is a dry sprinkle of roasted white and black sesame seeds coated with wasabi and/or horseradish powder with salt and seaweed, greenish-grey, crunchy, with a nutty sesame taste and a sharp nose-tingling wasabi note. It is sprinkled over rice, sushi, rolls, poke bowls, noodles, avocado toast, salads, tartares and seafood and used as a crunchy piquant topping.

Recipe from Egor Nikonov, chef of the Hunt restaurant (St. Petersburg). A dish from the tasting set dedicated to the Megustro 2021 restaurant festival.
