Pine nut milk is a plant drink of ground pine nut kernels (Siberian pine) and water, sometimes with honey or a sweetener, cream-white, slightly oily, with a delicate sweetish-resinous nutty taste and a pleasant coniferous-nutty aroma, lactose-free. It is drunk chilled, added to coffee, cocoa, smoothies, porridge and cocktails and used in baking, desserts and sauces.

The recipe is taken from the collection of recipes by Nastya Ozerova.
