Pastila (fruit confection) is a Russian sweet of reduced and whipped fruit-and-berry puree (usually apple) with sugar and egg white, dried into light, porous sheets or bars, airy, sweet-sour. It is served with tea as a sweet in its own right, cut into cubes for desserts and to decorate cakes and ice cream.

The recipe is taken from the book by A. Piruzyan "Armenian Culinary Arts" (1960).

Dessert pizza is an original blend of traditional Italian cuisine with exquisite sweet notes. It is born at the edge of culinary creativity, combining a crispy pizza base with rich chocolate flavor, the freshness of strawberries, and the sweetness of bananas. In Italy, such dishes are often served in cozy cafes as an alternative to classic desserts. Chocolate crumbs melt to create a delicate glaze, while marshmallow adds a light fruity tang. When served, the pizza is topped with airy whipped cream, making it especially appetizing. This is not just a dessert – it's a celebration of flavor that is perfect for evening tea or cozy gatherings with loved ones.
