
Pickled ramson (wild garlic) are the young leaves and stems of wild garlic (ramson) kept in a marinade of water, vinegar, salt, sugar and spices, springy, crunchy, sour-salty, with a pronounced garlic aroma without a sharp pungency. They are served as a cold appetizer with meat, potatoes and vodka, cut into salads, pie fillings, omelettes and added with legumes and rice.
