Kama (Estonian roasted grain flour) is an Estonian dry flour mix of roasted and finely ground grain: rye, oats, barley, peas (sometimes wheat), light brown, with a dense toasted-nutty, slightly earthy taste and an aroma of roasted grain. It is mixed with kefir, soured milk, milk or yoghurt with sugar and honey into a thick dessert-drink, added to smoothies, ice cream, cream desserts, cookies and truffles.

The recipe is taken from Nika Ganich's book "Geography to taste. Estonia.
