
Canned grapes are whole seedless grapes (sometimes peeled) preserved in a light sugar syrup, light green or pinkish, soft, springy, sweet with a light tang, ready to use. They are added to fruit salads, with cheese and meat, into poultry (chicken Véronique), desserts, jelly, fillings for tartlets and cakes and served with yoghurt and ice cream.
